Process 1
Shot Blasting(Surface Treatment)

By applying shot blasting to the surface of the cast metal, adhesion with the undercoating (EP-80) is increased.

Process 2
EP-80(Undercoating)

Use a two-liquid epoxy resin coating with strong adhesion with the cast metal. Also has excellent adhesion with the injection epoxy poured in after drying, as well as excellent anti-rusting effects.

Process 3
Injection Epoxy(Pouring)

The epoxy is easy to mix, has good flowability, and is excellent in workability. It also has excellent durability, including abrasion and shock resistance.

Process 4
Cho-U – UV Cut Clear(Topcoat)

A two-liquid urethane resin coating is applied to protect the injection epoxy from ultraviolet rays.
